KidKraft Launches Personalization Program for Wooden Toys & Children’s
Furniture
Beginning mid September, KidKraft will personalize over 80 items with children’s
names and designs. Personalization options include printing and embroidery on
wooden room accessories, furniture, toys and upholstered items in a variety of
attractive fonts, colors and graphic images.
DALLAS, Texas (September 8, 2009) - KidKraft, a Dallas-based children’s
furniture and toy manufacturer, will launch Personalization by KidKraft™ for its
customers at the ABC Kids Expo trade show September 13-16, 2009.
Personalization will be offered on more than 80 KidKraft products, including
several new items being shown at ABC for the first time. Personalization by
KidKraft™ uses colorfast embroidery thread and safe, CPSIA-compliant inks for
printing.
“We are very excited about the launch of our Personalization by KidKraft™
program,” says Chris Light, vice president of sales. “We have the opportunity to
take classic items and make them new with color choices and type styles that will
match the look and feel of a child’s bedroom or play room.”
KidKraft will offer many of its bestselling items such as the Limited Edition Toy
Boxes, 15 colors of Avalon chairs, upholstered rockers, Step ‘N Stores, train
tables and select kitchens with up to 3 fonts, 5 colors and even graphic art
images like hearts and dinosaurs.
“We are excited to be among the first in the personalization of children’s room
accessories, and we’re proud to be the first to personalize toys such as play
kitchens and dollhouses. And as always, we promise value, superior
personalization and efficient lead time on orders,” says Matan Wolfson, Internet
sales manager, adding “great things are happening at KidKraft, personalization
and the launch of our new www.kidkraft.com.”
Brick & mortar retailers are also enthusiastic about personalized items. “The
range of items is large and ordering will be easy,” according to Ilan Katz, retail
sales manager. “If stores are looking for a way to differentiate themselves and
make children feel special at the same time, this service answers that need.”
